The Los Angeles/Orange County Building and Constructions Trades Council has identified another local elected school board ripe to give unions a monopoly on construction contracts. Today (September 13, 2017) at 4:30 p.m., the Anaheim Elementary School District will hold a study session on Project Labor Agreements. Here is the agenda item:
